Advanced Cardiac Procedures in a Safe, Accredited Outpatient Setting
At Zambito Heart Center, our Ambulatory Surgery Center provides convenient, high-quality cardiac diagnostic and treatment procedures in a comfortable outpatient environment. Our experienced cardiovascular team utilizes advanced technology to diagnose, monitor, and treat a variety of heart conditions while prioritizing patient safety, efficiency, and exceptional clinical outcomes.

Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE)
A Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) is an advanced ultrasound test that provides highly detailed images of the heart by placing a specialized probe in the esophagus, which lies directly behind the heart. This diagnostic procedure allows our cardiologists to closely evaluate heart valves, blood flow, blood clots, infections, and structural abnormalities that may not be visible on a standard echocardiogram. A TEE provides valuable information for the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
An Implantable Loop Recorder (ILR) is a small cardiac monitoring device placed beneath the skin to continuously record heart rhythms over an extended period. This advanced diagnostic tool helps identify irregular heartbeats, unexplained fainting episodes, palpitations, and other rhythm abnormalities that may not be detected during routine testing.
Cardioversion
Cardioversion is a specialized procedure used to restore a normal heart rhythm in patients experiencing certain cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation. By delivering a controlled electrical impulse to the heart, cardioversion can help reestablish a healthy rhythm, improve symptoms, and reduce the risk of complications associated with irregular heartbeats.
